This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Complyr website and the public facing areas of the application (the app). It forms part of the Complyr Terms and Conditions.

Users must conduct themselves lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully. This policy protects Complyr systems, other users, and the integrity of our services.
Harmful or Offensive Content
You must not store, upload, transmit, or receive any material that is abusive, offensive, racist, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or threatening.
You must not share sexually explicit content.
You must not encourage unlawful behaviour.
Intellectual Property and Misrepresentation
You must not upload content you do not have full rights to use.
You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.
You must not post false or misleading statements.
Unauthorised Commercial Use
You must not post advertising or promotional material.
You must not use the website or the app to solicit products or services.
Data Abuse
You must not collect, harvest, extract, or store personal data about any individual from the public areas of the website or the app.
You must not attempt to access areas of the site or the app without authorisation.
This restriction does not apply to customers who store or process personal data within their secure Complyr workspace as part of authorised case management under their SaaS agreement.
Technical Misuse
You must not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
You must not attempt to damage or disrupt Complyr systems.
Complyr may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take legal action against any user who breaches this policy.
You agree to indemnify Complyr for losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this policy.
